If you have trouble, have a special request or any questions, send me an email.
Ads will be emailed to the specific sales rep on a proof page so client can sign off. Please email me with a quick approval once you have received from your client so I can send the approved artwork in the correct format wherever it needs to go.
Please DO NOT fill this form out for revisions. Once the initial form has been sent for the ad, you will be sent the proof via email. Please respond to the email regarding the ad, until approval has been reached.
